Shona
The Shona Project is an Irish charity dedicated to educating, empowering, and inspiring girls as they navigate the challenges of growing up. It creates safe, supportive spaces — both online and in schools — where young women can build confidence, resilience, and self-belief. Through workshops, mentorship programmes, the award-winning SHINE Festival, and practical resources like the Survival Handbook for Girls, Shona helps girls feel seen, heard, and valued, encouraging them to become strong and curious leaders of tomorrow.

A Little Lifetime Foundation
A Little Lifetime Foundation (formerly ISANDS) is a long-established Irish charity offering compassionate, free support to families affected by stillbirth and neonatal loss. Founded by bereaved parents, the organisation provides emotional support through counselling, support groups, creative workshops, remembrance services and practical information to help families navigate grief with dignity. It also raises awareness of baby loss, breaks the silence around bereavement, and advocates for families through education and community engagement.
