Pension Auto Enrolment vs Company Pension Scheme – What’s best for your business?

With pension auto-enrolment due to launch in Ireland in January 2026, every employer will soon have to provide a pension option for their staff. But is the government’s basic scheme really the best fit for your business, or could a tailored company pension scheme offer more value to both you and your employees?

If you missed our Webinar ‘Pension Auto Enrolment vs Company Pension Scheme’ from Tuesday 14 October, featuring a practical discussion with pensions expert Fionán O’Sullivan from Trust Matters and Voltedge Management Senior HR Consultant Patricia Nolan, with a focus on the key differences between auto-enrolment and company pension schemes, you can watch the webinar recording here.
