  • The packed room worked in unison to make a beautiful orchestra through non-verbal cues with The Silent Conductor Steve Barnett.
  • CIPD HR Award winners shared insights on how they tackled embedding EDI into the culture of their workplace and keep it on the top of the agenda, even at times of economic uncertainty.
  • Award winning senior HR Leaders shared insightful real-life stories from their own personal career journeys, alongside reflections on why our profession makes a difference.
  • Perry Timms rounded off the day with a keynote on leveraging current and emerging technologies, such as AI, to accelerate the future, emphasising the importance of enhancing the employee experience and leading positive change.
