“One of our employees informed her manager that she is pregnant and will be going on maternity leave in a few months. What do we need to do to ensure she and her baby are safe and well in the work place and that she is treated fairly in relation to her job and leave etc?”

Hiring again after redundancies

“We had to make some people redundant earlier this year because we lost a significant contract. We are in discussions with a new client and are about to sign a new contract for services, do we have to offer the employees we made redundant their jobs back even through the work and terms will be different?”
