In 2019, a global technology company headquartered in Silicon Valley decided to set up a R&D software development centre in Dublin. The IDA introduced us to the senior US team and we began planning.
The R&D software development centre in Dublin needed, to begin with, 20 skilled software developers within a short space of time. We worked closely with the senior tech lead from the US who relocated here and set about building the local team with a view to rapid scaling.

Our role was to provide outsourced, flexible support for all initial HR requirements. We assigned a consultant with hands-on experience at founding stage within scaling technology companies. We wanted to ensure the commitment and single-minded focus of a dedicated relationship.
Both onsite and offsite support was there for this new team as needed. We collaborated closely with the US HR team, providing regular reports, feedback and updates. At the end of an 18 month contract, our appointed consultant took on a full-time role with this thriving company.
